As far as changes required for real turn around, the most important is to finally have Steinbrenner sent to a nursing home. Word around the Yankee offices is that he's really showing signs of dementia.

(What would you give to have Nick Johnson back at first base???) Too many of the hitters are swinging from the heels, trying to hit homers every time up. Too many of the past 35 pitchers are on the way out. This team really need some young blood!!!
BTW, I am serious about Steinbrenner's condition. He now forgets just about everything, is more irrational than ever and has these crying fits. -
